In this one hour workshop you will learn about simple yet powerful meditation and breathing techniques, and gain knowledge on the interaction between the mind, body, and breath. The tools learned can be used to relax, eliminate stress, connect to an inner source of energy, enhance brain function, and relieve depression and anxiety. The session will end with a guided meditation.

Registration preferred. Walk-ins also welcome!
