Spring is in full swing with great vegetables and fruits from the local markets and farms. We're bringing back Chef Michael Maddox to teach you how to make some delicious desserts from your bountiful harvest.

Chef Michael Maddox will demonstrate and prepare three new "favorite" profiteroles, pies, and tarts for you to taste test. He'll also teach some great techniques for making a great crust and dough.
