Join us at 10:30 AM every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at Romeoville Branch Library for a great workout that will focus on your core and also help to improve posture, balance, stamina, and flexibility.
This low-impact class will be done on the floor, so bring your mat along
with a water bottle, and dress in comfortable clothes. A waiver must be
signed upon arrival. Registration is recommended. All levels are welcome.
