| Summary |
Los Angeles is shaken by a series of gruesome murders. All victims are young women with Russian roots. The killer leaves no trace, but a single black rose on each body. LAPD Chief invites a Russian Police detective to get the investigation moving. Major Vlad Kazatov arrives in California from Moscow and together with his new partner, LAPD detective Emily Smith, they start a hunt after new 'Jack the Ripper' on the mean streets of Hollywood. |
