The location is adjacent to a brand-new fast charging station being installed by the electric truck maker Rivian, and Rivian drivers will be bringing their trucks to share their experiences. Other EV vendors and drivers will be there too, as well as e-bike riders and more! Watch this page for more info as we develop this event. Last year we had 300 people attend and we hope to build from there. This year our local utility, Middleboro Gas and Electric, will be highlighting electric vehicles, having recently added more charging stations in town and also improved the rebate program it offers on new and used vehicles. There will be a number of organizations with tables and staff to provide information about energy, improving home energy efficiency, and heat pumps, as well as to answer attendee questions. We can offer tables, electric connections, and a convenient parking lot next to the Fair site for any electric car(s) they wish to show. So appreciate all that you and your organization does as well as your interest in our event. We would be glad to answer any questions potential participants have. We would like to hear from those with interest in participating by Wednesday, March 27th so that we have time to prepare for the event.
