Come early to review genealogical materials. At 7:45 p.m. guest presenter Maureen Brady will help you learn how to jump start your online genealogy research by utilizing Cyndis List Find My Past Fold3 USGenWeb and other "broad coverage" websites.
Maureen Brady has over 35 years experience with family history research, is a professional genealogist and owns Bare Roots Genealogical Services. Ms. Brady is co-director of the Crystal Lake (Illinois) Family History Center and is a member of many genealogical and family history societies in the U.S. and Scotland.
Doors will open at approximately 7 p.m. so you can pick-up handouts, review books and journals, and network with other participants. Tony Kierna will start the program at 7:30 p.m. with introductions of new participants and a brief review of handouts and genealogical matters.
