Join us every Saturday in the month of January as we learn to make a variety of dips & salsas.  This Saturday we will be making Mexican street corn salsa.  For those of you who are huge salsa fans we will be making a version of Mexican street corn salsa.  Mexican street corn is typically a roasted ear of corn that is slathered in mayo with chili powder and cotija cheese (although there are variations, of course).
