Join us on this date for Yoga for Beginners & Seniors, conducted by Tami Combs, E-RYT500, Yoga4Cancer Teacher, and specifically designed for both beginners and seniors. Learn basic yoga postures and the fundamentals of a yoga practice while developing flexibility, strength, breath awareness and balance. Calm the mind and release stress through relaxation, breathing exercises and meditation. All levelsare welcome to attend. Mats and props are provided.Class may be done in a chair.
