Valentine's Day is fast approaching and what better way to get ready for it than by taking this special class!  Our Essential Oils Class, Spice Up Your Valentine's Day! will be conducted by Sarah Lundy, a Wellness Advocate for essential oils.  She has been actively learning about & using essential oils for the past 5 years.  Subsequently, two years ago Sarah began sharing what an impact these oils have had on her life by teaching free classes to the public.  In this class as well as in each of her future classes, you will learn what essential oils are, how to use them safely, their benefits and more!  Discover how essential oils can spice things up for you & your Valentine.  We will cover the oils that can be used from the kitchen to the bedroom.  This class is intended for those 18 years of age & older.  Free essential oil roller for all attendees!  All supplies for this class will be furnished by the instructor without any cost to the participants.  Pre-registration is requested.
