Books & Babies Monday, April 2 10:15 a.m. Ages 0 - 24 months Develop baby's pre-literacy skills as well as physical, social, and mental development. This storytime introduces a love for books, song, movement, rhythm and rhyme. Improve motor, sensory and social skills during free play time, which also provides an opportunity for both babies and parents to socialize. Books & Babies is also about parents as you bond and learn with baby as well as meet other parents in the community. This program is for babies up to 24 months old, with a parent or caregiver, and lasts 20-30 minutes.

Paddington Bear Goes to Wonderland Monday, April 2 2:30 p.m. All ages Join us for a wonderful storytime filled with one of our favorite friends, Paddington Bear! They're going to kick off our awesome Alice in Wonderland week with a visit to ... Wonderland! We'll read books, make Wonderland inspired crafts, and even get to meet Paddington! Get ready for a wonderful time! All ages are welcome. Registration is not required, but space is limited. Please arrive early to secure your spot.

Alice's Garden Games Tuesday, April 3 11:30 a.m. All ages Are you ready for a little friendly competition? Join us at Hampton Park for a nonsensical game of croquet, giant board games, and more Wonderland themed tournaments! This hilarious gaming event is inspired by Alice's trip down the rabbit hole.
This program is for all ages. Registration is not required but space is limited. Please arrive early to secure your place.

Tiny Crafts: Wonderland Edition Tuesday, April 3 6:30 p.m. Ages 10 and up Do you like it when normal objects are shrunk down a size? Are you a crafting fanatic? Join us for Tiny Crafts for tweens and teens, where we will make miniature versions of everything from bows to books!
This program is for tweens and teens, ages 10 and up. Registration is not required, but space is limited. Please arrive early to secure your place in the program.

Spring Break Movie: Alice in Wonderland Wednesday, April 4 10:30 a.m. All ages Come watch one of our favorite movies on the big screen! Bring your chairs, blankets, snacks, and settle in to enjoy this classic family film! In this animated version of Alice in Wonderland, Alice stumbles into the world of Wonderland. Will she get home? The Jabberwock's Poetry Slam Thursday, April 5 2:30 p.m. Ages 7 - 13 Callooh! Callay! It's time to celebrate poetry during this one of a kind Lewis Carroll-inspired poetry slam! We'll be making up words, playing games, and learning about the poetry that's all around us every day: in music, on the TV, in our favorite books, and you can even find poetry in the things our parents & friends say! When we're done, we'll record our masterpieces and post them online to share. This program is designed for children of writing age (7-13) and their guardians. Registration is not required but space is limited. Please arrive early to secure your place.

Busy Builders Friday, April 6 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. (Drop-in) Ages 0 - 5 Let's build something together! Playing with LEGO and other building blocks can help develop your child's cognitive learning and social skills! Every Friday morning we set out a collection of kid-friendly building blocks for an engaging and educational drop-in playtime. You bring your creativity, we'll provide the rest!
This program is for children birth-5, with a caregiver.

Preschool Fairytale STEAM Friday, April 6 10:30 a.m. Ages 3 - 5 Educate and entertain your preschooler at the Hampton Park Library. Join us each month as we explore a popular fairytale through a variety of early literacy, STEAM, music, and hands-on early learning station activities. These programs focus on school readiness as well as social and cognitive development. Today's fairytale: The Tortoise and the Hare This program is designed for children ages 3-5, with a caregiver. Registration is not required, but space is limited.

Breakout Box: Escaping Wonderland Friday, April 6 2:30 p.m. Ages 10 and up Off with their heads! Oh no! Time's running out! Can you escape!? Use problem solving, trouble shooting and teamwork to solve puzzles, riddles and clues in order to breakout of Wonderland!
